VA Approved On the Job Training Program (OJT)
TMC has a long history of hiring current and former military personnel into every job category we have. In recognition of this special relationship and of your service to our country, TMC is proud to offer military Veterans the opportunity to enroll in our VA approved OJT program.
If you are soon to be or recently discharge from the Armed Forces and are eligible for education benefits under the Montgomery GI, or Post 9/11 benefits through the Veterans Administration, give us a call and discuss how TMC can offer you a great opportunity in a new career. Eligible veterans can earn up to $1,104.75 per month paid directly to you by the Veterans Administration. These TAX FREE benefits are in addition to your TMC earnings. Eligibility is determined by the VA and depends on your years of service.

Line-haul OTR
The running area for TMC includes all 48 states and Canada. Line-haul drivers may be assigned loads delivering anywhere in this area. Our primary running area is the eastern most 37 states and the majority of your time will be spent in this region.
Line-haul drivers move flatbed freight of all kinds. Building materials, steel products, pipe, and machinery are just a few of the products TMC hauls to keep America moving forward. Many of our customers require their freight to be protected by tarps. Load securement and tarping are vital components of any flatbed driving job.
Dedicated
Our dedicated opportunities offer drivers predictable routes, home-time and pay. Exact home-time and pay opportunities vary by dedicated account. Be sure to specify the dedicated opportunity you are interested in when you contact one of our recruiters. We are continually adding new locations and customers, so opportunities are constantly changing. We may or may not have a dedicated opportunity in your area today, but very well could in the near future.

Basic Requirements & Qualifications

- 23 years of age
- Class A CDL
- Good safety and driving record
