Pay for Performance- Drivers have the opportunity to reach top pay in 3-4 years. It is all up to you. Increases are based on your performance not just you’re your longevity . TA pays in the top 5% of the truckload industry both in a CPM and a W2 perspective.
We have the division to fit your needs- With several different divisions to choose from TA has the right choice for you: Solo OTR, Team OTR, OTR Home Weekly, Midwest Regional, Southeast Regional, Dedicated, Intermodal, Local, Owner Operator and Lease Purchase. Technology- We invest heavily in technology to make your life on the road easier and more comfortable. APUs are now available on most of our units and the recent addition of the QualComm MCP 200 gives you comforts that are not found at other carriers: Voice Navigation, Internet, e-mail, in cab scanning, e-logging and text to speech are just a few. We keep our drivers informed of what is happening within our company by videos sent directly to your cab.
