We Welcome New Drivers
Royal is always growing. So, whether you
are a recent driving school graduate or you are checking out
opportunities in the industry, we have a program for you.
Recent Graduates
If you are newly licensed we will team you up with an
experienced driver finisher who will help you learn how to be safe
and successful. You will be coached in the
Royal Trucking Way. You will spend at least 6 weeks on the
road with your with the goal of becoming a solo driver.
Also, if you are a recent graduate you may qualify for our tuition
reimbursement program. Ask your recruiter for details.
No Experience
If you do not have any driving experience yet we offer a
company sponsored program to help jump start your driving
career. We will help you get the training you need through a
quality truck driving school.
Opportunities For Finishers (Trainers)
Since we are growing our group of drivers, we need quality
trainers to help us get the drivers inexperience.
General Qualifications
Have a valid class (A) CDL
• Be at least 21 years old
• Meet DOT requirements
• Pass a company physical, including substance screening
• Have a stable verifiable work history
• Have an acceptable driving record
• Be able to perform functions described in job description
