Company Drivers
Barr-Nunn Company Drivers are eligible to earn extra money in our new Fuel MPG Incentive Program.
New Company Driver CSA Bonus Paid every 90 days.
Company Drivers - Starting Base Pay with Hazmat:
OTR National Solo: $0.41 per Practical Mile
OTR National Solo Zone 1: $0.44 per Practical Mile
OTR National Teams: $0.47 per Practical Mile
Southeast Regional: $0.33 per Practical Mile
Midwest Regional: $0.37 per Practical Mile
Ohio Regional: $0.37 per Practical Mile
Northeast Regional: $0.45 per Practical Mile plus band pay or $0.50/mi pure pay
Benefits:
New Hazmat $0.02/mi Premium paid on all hazmat loads effective 8/13/12
Lease Purchase Available - call for details

Performance Bonuses for Owner Operators
Blue Cross Blue Shield Insurance
Single = $35/wk Employee + Dependent = $70/wk
Employee + Spouse = $79/wk Family = $93/wk
Owner Operators
Owner Operators will receive performance bonuses totaling $3,200 for the first 120,000 miles and $3,900 every 120,000 miles therafter. Bonuses will be paid to owners in equal installemtns ($800 or $975) every 30,000 miles.
Additional Benefits include CSA Bonus of $450 every 30,000 safe miles, Fuel Surcharge paid on all miles loaded and empty, 85% Drop and Hook Freight, Low Cost High Quality Insurance, and Pay raises of 1/2 cent per mile every 40,000 safe paid miles.
Barr-Nunn Pays $0.96 - $1.93 per mile plus fuel surcharge on all complete loads
Zone 1(Northeast, OH, and new hiring area of IA, IN, IL, KY) earn $0.99 – $1.96 per mile

· 101-200 miles = $1.23/mi plus Fuel Surcharge
· 201-300 miles = $1.08/mi plus Fuel Surcharge
· 301-400 mile = $1.03/mi plus Fuel Surcharge
· 401-550 miles = $0.96/mi plus Fuel Surcharge
· 551 miles = $0.96/mi plus Fuel Surcharge
Barr-Nunn Pays $0.96 - $1.93 per mile plus fuel surcharge on all complete loads
Zone 1(Northeast, OH, and new hiring area of IA, IN, IL, KY) earn $0.99 – $1.96 per mile
Pure Pay Operators earn the following revenue:
· $1.00/mile loaded & $0.80 per mile empty plus Fuel Surcharge all loaded and empty miles
