Home time, Miles and Safety

When it comes to assigning a load to a driver – the drivers' home-time needs, productivity and safety are Werner Enterprises' main concern. Werner Enterprises' computerized decision support system assists experienced load planners to ensure every load and every driver are an optimum match for the driver and the customer. Werner Enterprises' systems and staff are designed and trained to work for the driver, to increase miles and productivity and to position drivers in areas to get drivers home on time. 


General Qualifications

     Have recent verifiable tractor trailer experience

     Have a valid class (A) CDL

       Be at least 21 years old

       Meet DOT requirements

       Pass a company physical, including substance screening

       Have a stable verifiable work history

       Have an acceptable driving record

     Be able to perform functions described in job description
