After you have been driving with the company for three months as a qualified driver and passed our certified training program, you have the potential to become a trainer and increase your earnings.

Home time, Miles and Safety
When it comes to assigning a load to a driver – the drivers' home-time needs, productivity and safety are Werner Enterprises' main concern. Werner Enterprises' computerized decision support system assists experienced load planners to ensure every load and every driver are an optimum match for the driver and the customer. Werner Enterprises' systems and staff are designed and trained to work for the driver, to increase miles and productivity and to position drivers in areas to get drivers home on time.
• Have recent verifiable tractor trailer experience
• Have a valid class (A) CDL
• Be at least 21 years old
• Meet DOT requirements
• Pass a company physical, including substance screening
• Have a stable verifiable work history
• Have an acceptable driving record
• Be able to perform functions described in job description
